About the opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Your key duties will include:
- Provide exceptional customer service to both owners and tenants
- Maintenance and Repairs management
- Conducting inspections: Ingoing, Outgoing & Routine
- Arrears Control
- Management Growth
- Lease renewal & rent reviews
Skills and experience:
- * Minimum of 2 years Property Management experience
- * Must have a Class 2 License as a minimum
- * Time management skills
- * High-level patience and communication skills
- * Excellent relationship management skills
- * Strong focus on customer service
- * Positive and proactive, can-do attitude, and must be a team player
- * Must have your own reliable car
